- Provisional bookings
may be made by telephone, which must be followed by receipt of booking form
and deposit to us, within 7 days. Overseas bookings may be held for 10 days
at our discretion.
- A deposit
(reservation fee) as shown in the price-list is required for each
week/part week of your proposed holiday. (If there are less than four weeks
to the commencement of your holiday then please pay the full amount of the
holiday.) Until this deposit is received any
reservation is deemed provisional and as such may be varied or cancelled
without prior notice. Payments may be made by credit card, postal order,
money order. If cash is sent please use a registered envelope.
The balance of your holiday payment is due four weeks before your
arrival arrival.
- In the
event of your cancellation, your deposit is non-returnable.
If you have to cancel your holiday within four weeks of it commencing

If you cancel within one week of the commencement of your holiday no refunds
will be given. However, we would encourage you to take out Holiday Cancellation
Insurance, (a leaflet is available). This
covers the loss of deposit and the full amount (where applicable) subject to
the terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy.
- Should
the property be unavailable on the day stated, due to reasons outside our
control, all monies will be refunded without question but no further
liability will fall upon ourselves.
